Ahhhhh! I wait a whole freaking off season only to be reminded that the Hawks BLOW.
Box Score Beat Downs go out to Speedy Claxton (0-5 with 0 assists), Josh Smith (2-10 with 7 boards) and Marvin Williams (IR- slacker).
Box Score Hero award goes to Josh Childress who had 8! offensive rebounds to go with a 7-16 night, the closest to a decent shooting night we had.
Shelden had an inauspicious debut, playing only 16 minutes, pulling down 3 boards, and missing both of his shots. It gets better Littleface.
Samuel Dalembert, who shafted us over the summer, decided to jam it all up in there crooked again, with an efficient 4-4 to go with his 11 boards / 3 steals / 2 blocks. Good stuff, guys. Good stuff.
