Fact: You must love Joe Johnson.
He shows up 40 minutes before his flight to Vegas on Friday but isn't allowed to board (for unspecified reasons). He has to charter a private plane and sleeps the whole way, missing the media day. I love it!
Fact: Sekou Smith could be the Hawks' GM.
He's been talking about Luke Ridnour all season and maybe the Hawks are listening. The ownership situation could complicate things, and Seattle wants a first round pick at the least, but a trade for Ridnour now could put the Hawks in place to pick around 10th in the draft. On one hand, the Hawks' lack of leadership and experience is not going to be helped by more draft picks. On the other hand, Ridnour for next years first rounder probably isn't the missing piece that puts the Hawks in the playoffs.
Fact: Joe Johnson will have over 15 assists tonight.

(I actually like the Hawks. I think they have a few guys to build around. Johnson, Williams, Childress and Smith are all worth the price of admission.)
