Childress Under-rated, Harrington Over-rated

Go read Malcom Gladwell's latest blog post as a follow up to his book review of "Wages of Wins". The book's premise is to assign a true win value to every player using a complex formula. At the end of the post, Gladwell (AKA My Boy) whips up a list of players whose win value differ the greatest from their player efficiency ratings. Allow me to summarize:

1. Al "True Professional" Harrington
